CARBON STEEL TUBES

The Marcegaglia Poland plant in Kluczbork produces round, square and rectangular carbon steel welded precision tubes; structural round, square and rectangular tubes; round tubes for pressure purposes, pipelines and the conveyance of water; semioval, oval and elliptical carbon steel welded tubes and tubes for condensers and refrigeration components.

The fabrication process is carried out according to all main manufacturing standards.

Downstream of the welding process, the latest-generation Marcegaglia technology used on Kluczbork cold forming lines includes a series of in-line operations such as the removal of the internal welding bead, non-destructive tests and inspections, special tube end finishing and sizing.
